Dr. Hallman, was sent by the USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service as a U.S. delegate to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) High-level Dialogue on Public Perceptions of Agricultural Biotechnology in Lima, Peru (October 3-5). The conference focused on agricultural biotechnology in the developing countries of APEC.
